You can check availability and book directly through each property page. Simply browse our retreats, select your dates and guests, and follow the booking steps. All bookings are handled securely through our booking system.
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is typically due closer to your arrival date. Full payment details are shown during the booking process.
Most of our retreats have a minimum stay of 2 nights. During peak periods such as school holidays and bank holidays, a longer minimum stay may apply. Check the individual property page for details.
Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible depending on availability. We recommend checking the calendar on the property page or contacting us directly if you'd like to book at short notice.
Cancellation policies vary by property and are shown clearly during the booking process. We recommend reviewing these before confirming your reservation. If you need to cancel, please do so as early as possible to maximise any refund due.
Date changes may be possible subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend your booking and we'll do our best to help.
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request — please get in touch in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
All of our retreats come with luxury linen, towels, a welcome hamper and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Each property page lists exactly what's included. Some properties also include extras like a Weber BBQ, outdoor kitchen or wood-fired hot tub.
Yes, all of our retreats are fully self-catering. Each property is equipped with a kitchen or outdoor cooking facilities. We provide a welcome hamper to get you started, and there are local shops, farm shops and restaurants nearby.
Yes, all of our retreats have ultrafast WiFi — though we hope you'll spend more time in the hot tub than on your laptop.
Some of our retreats are dog-friendly. Please check the individual property page for pet policy. Where dogs are accepted, we ask that they are kept off the furniture and not left unattended in the property.
Our treehouses and smaller cabins are designed as adult retreats. The Camelot Cabin is our most family-friendly property, with space for up to 6 guests including children. Please check the individual property for suitability before booking.
Our current collection is based at The Orchard in Somerset, a beautiful rural setting in the heart of the English countryside. Detailed directions and parking information are provided after booking.
Yes, free private parking is available at all of our retreats. EV charging is also available on site.

There is a small monthly platform fee to cover marketing, listing management and guest support. You keep 100% of your booking revenue. Full details are shared during the application process.
